Norman joined the Northern Prosthetics team at our Coffs Harbour office in May 2025, bringing with him solid experience in medical administration and a background in mental health and psychology.
While new to the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics, he has quickly adapted and enjoys supporting both clients and clinicians in this specialised area of healthcare.
With a strong focus on patient-centred care, Norman plays a key role in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring every client feels welcomed and well-supported. His calm, approachable manner and strong organisational skills make him a highly valued member of the team.
Outside of work, Norman enjoys staying active through fitness and surfing, unwinding with a good movie, and defending his unofficial title as the office Uno champion.
